Checklist:
In order to process your request for Net 30 terms, please fax the following information to Nova Visual Promotions ( Fax: 02 4255 7811)

1. Company purchase order on letterhead signed by your Purchasing Agent;
2. Accounts Payable Representative's contact information, (email, telephone, extension, fax);
3. Banking and Credit information with a minimum of two references.

Deposits or Payments may be made by Direct deposit, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard (American Express not acceptable). Your account will be debited $25 for each instance of a returned cheque.
In the interest of time and bookkeeping simplicity, it is strongly recommended to use a credit card or direct deposit for payment.
In the absence of credit card availability, C.O.D. shipment terms may be agreed in special cases to meet time deadlines. Arrangements must be made in advance. For security reasons, you may fax an order confirmation to us indicating the credit card type, exact name of card holder, card number and expiration date.

Order Process:
Email us your Company details (Company Name, Delivery Address (Street), Contact Number (Lanline), Contact Mobile Number & Email Address)
With what you want to order (Quantity, Product, Size, Finishing requirements (if applicable) (Sewing, Eyelets, Pockets, Ropes or Sail Tracking)
and if you are supplying artwork.
We will email you back a written quote.
If you wish to proceed, please fax back quote with all details completed. (Not doing this will postpone the job process)
Once we receive your quote, we will email you confirming our receipt.
When we have your artwork, we will send you a proof via email. (We will wait until your approval of the artwork before proceeding)
Once we have your approval and payment is received, we will proceed with printing.
Once the printing has been finished we will notify you via email with the dispatch details.
